Airlines to the Gold Coast

Coolingatta Airport is a busy airport and can be flown to from Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Newcastle in Australia and also many destinations in New Zealand.

Coolangatta airport has recently had a runaway extension, which now means large body aircraft can now fly direct to the Gold Coast instead of flying to Brisbane. It is expected that there will be a flood of Asian airlines using Coolangatta airport in the next few years. Already Air Asia X has started to fly direct from Kuala Lumper 4 times a week.

All 3 major Australian airlines Virginblue, Jetstar and Qantas fly regularly to Coolingatta.

Tigerairways are now flying to the Gold Coast from Melbourne for as little as $49.

Airfare from Sydney – Coolingatta can be pick up as little as $55 one inc taxes and Melbourne – Coolingatta from $89 one way inc taxes when booked well in advanced.
