Around the Roma street train station you will find a lot of internet café. Internet cost ranges between $2-$4 per hour. You will find that the cheaper cafes don’t run at good speeds and do not have voip or web cams set up.

 

If you are wishing to use Skype, MSN etc then the best bet is to try the internet café next to Palace backpackers located on the corner of Ann and Edward street. It has super fast cable speed broadband with web cams.
